All the boys in the Junior School take part in cultural and sporting co-curricular activities organised by the College.

Games are played on Saturday morning. Our home grounds are at the Oxford Falls Campus, Oxford Falls. Involvement in sport means 1-2 training sessions, one after school and one during school hours at Oxford Falls on a Thursday.
For boys who excel in sport, opportunities for selection at representative levels such as IPSHA, CIS (Combined Independant Schools) and PSSA (State) are available.
Every Thursday Years 5 and 6 travel by bus to the Oxford Falls Campus from 11am to 2.30pm. The boys return in time for dismissal at 3.00pm. Depending on the time of year the boys have the opportunity to play in different sports. A learn to swim and water safety program is also available during Term IV.
Co-Curricular
There are opportunities to join such activities as:
- Chess Club
- Debating
- Da Vinci Decathalon
- Maths Club
- Robotics
- Performing Arts
- Music – private tuition in various musical instruments is available, with possible induction into one of the many bands and musical groups in operation at the College.
- Drama
Other self esteem and awareness building activities will also be held during the school year.
Chess
The Junior School participates in the NSW Junior Chess League with 4 teams competing on Friday afternoons from 4.00 – 5.00pm during Terms 2 and 3.
Debating
The students in the Junior School have the opportunity to become involved in debating.
There are two teams selected to the IPSHA (Independant Primary School Heads of Australia Ltd.) competition. This program aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop their debating skills in a supportive, non-competitive environment. This Friday afternoon competition is from Term 2 to Term 4 with training beginning in Term 1, and a Gala Day completing the debating season.
This program fosters positive interactions amongst students both within the school and between schools.
Robotics Club
Robotics is a dynamic club of more than ninety Year 6 – 12 students who come together after school to share their passion for mechatronics and coding. This is an extension of the coding that all Year 5 and 6 students learn as part of the curriculum.
Skill development is a key focus of the Robotics Club with students learning problem solving, planning, management, teamwork, competitive strategy and resilience.
Junior Students (Year 6 – 7) construct robots using EV3 Mindstorms lego and may compete in First Lego League Competition (FLL), Junior RoboCup competition and internal competitions as well as working on their own projects.
Year 5 students may complete an Introduction to Robotics module in Term 4 each year. They may then apply to be a member of the Robotics Club in Year 6 and membership is then renewed annually. The Club operates year round with students meeting for one and a half hours once a week.
The Robotics Club is resourced by a fee and the generosity of the P & F.
